RMA Creation Policy and Process

RMA Return Policy and Process
|
|
Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed and
handled as efficiently as possible. Customers may return their product to Water
Tech for repair under warranty within one year from the date of purchase.
Customers returning any product(s) outside their warranty period will be
provided a price quote for the costs related to the repair and return of their
product(s).

| Shipping Terms |
| Water Tech is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property in transit.
Water Tech will cover the cost of all defective parts under warranty and
including return shipping. The customer shall be responsible for correctly
packing the products they are shipping to Water Tech. If you are returning a
machine product for warranty or non warranty repair, please return the machine
and battery charger ONLY. Do not include accessories. Water Tech will
not be responsible for any lost accessories included with your warranty / non
warranty RMA repair shipment. A copy of your original invoice or sales receipt
must be included with your shipment.

| Shipping Costs |
| The customer shall ship the product prepaid to Water Tech using a shipping
carrier of their choice. For your convenience the Water Tech RMA site offers
our customers the convenience of using UPS to ship their product to Water Tech.
If you create an RMA and choose to use the UPS shipping option provided, you
will receive (3) email confirmations.
