Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed and handled as efficiently as possible.
Customers may return their product to Water Tech for repair under warranty within one year from the date of purchase. Customers returning any product(s) outside their warranty period will be provided a price quote for the costs related to the repair and return of their product(s).

Print Two Copies of this document. Keep one copy for your records and return the other copy as instructed below.
If you cannot print this form you Must Write Your RMA number clearly on the outside of your box.

Attach the Bar Code and your RMA number from one printed copy on the package being mailed to Water Tech.

Shipping Terms
The customer shall be responsible for correctly packing the product they are shipping to Water Tech. Return the unit(s) with all of the accessories. A copy of your original invoice or sales receipt must be included with your return. The Water Tech address is provided below.

Shipping Costs
The customer shall ship the product prepaid to Water Tech using a shipping carrier of their choice. Water Tech is not responsible for lost or damged personal property in transit to Water Tech.
Water Tech is not responsible for the shipping costs related to repairing any products under warranty. Water Tech will cover the cost of all defective parts under warranty.
